Perspective changes what you see.

Slate Mesa is a physician-led advisory company built around disciplined analysis, practical experience, and independent judgment. Our work spans medicine, healthcare, business, and emerging ventures — but shares a common approach: understand the problem clearly, identify what matters, and make decisions grounded in evidence and experience.

Perspective. Structure. Clarity.

A mesa offers elevation: the ability to see relationships, terrain, and direction that are difficult to recognize from ground level. Slate suggests structure, precision, and a clean surface for working through a difficult problem. Together, the name reflects how Slate Mesa approaches its work — step back, establish the facts, and bring the decision into focus.

Independent judgment, clearly communicated.

We begin with the question, not a predetermined answer. We examine the evidence in context, test assumptions, and distinguish what is material from what is distracting. The result is analysis that can withstand scrutiny and communication that helps people act.

Lyndon Drew Eldridge, DO

Dr. Eldridge is an AOBEM board-certified emergency physician with more than two decades of front-line clinical experience. He has practiced emergency medicine since 2005 and has held leadership roles including Assistant Medical Director and Medical Director for Special Operations Medicine with the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office.

That combination — acute clinical care under pressure, operational leadership, and systems perspective — is the foundation of Slate Mesa. It supports medical-legal opinions rooted in real practice and informs advisory work requiring a clear view of how decisions perform beyond the conference room.

Slate Mesa was established to bring that rigor to a wider set of problems over time — deliberately, and one focused practice at a time.
